I believe that the fusion of these two ideas is not only possible, but when deliberately coordinated, will change your life. Just like they changed, and continue to change, mine!
Inspired by both my Nordic and Michigan roots, I create and facilitate experiences that promote wellbeing. This may be through a northern Michigan or destination retreat, virtual mini-retreats, a Flourishing Skills Group® experience, a speaking engagement, an international study tour, or through my early childhood idea labs.
